When we do an intake of a ferret, we first check for ear mites and behavior issues. Some ferrets in the shelter are not listed until we feel they are adoptable.
We also have Permanent Shelter Residents. These little guys and girls have a medical condition that requires a very knowledgeable ferret owner. Unless the right person offers to adopt them, they have found their forever home at our shelter. We do not have them listed on this website.
